trying something new over here.
been about a week and so far i am enjoying the convenience and pretty pictures and graphs. a little frustrated with the long time it takes to load each page, but so far i am keeping up to date and suspect this will be a useful tool if i can keep doing so.
what do you use to track such things?

Better. Taking the time to ride a stationary bike while I read an academic book in 1.5 weeks. As well I am trying Hot Yoga for one week at the local gym. I don't mind the hot part until the very end, I do laugh on occasion when the teacher folds herself into a pose that is so minuscule or so completely unreachable for my level of flexibility that I have to stifle a laugh. Please! Last time my forehead touched my knee was at 3 weeks old. Those two body parts aren't going to meet anytime soon. As for healthy eating, making myself more prepared food at home with lots of healthy ingredients. So far, not bad. Thank you for asking!
ReplyDeleteHello friend, I just found your blog. :) How is your journey going? I use fitday.com to track calories and activity. You can make custom foods (so for recipes I do very regularly I just have to enter the info once and then choose it from my list of custom foods every time after that.) Easy peasy! :) Wishing you good health!
